Weafbooks is a business system, and this policy sets out what it may not be used for. It applies to everyone with access to an account.
Do not
- Use the service for anything unlawful, or to keep records intended to deceive a tax authority, an auditor or a regulator.
- Upload malware, or anything designed to interfere with the service or another customer's use of it.
- Attempt to access another company's data, probe or scan the infrastructure, or work around the permission system.
- Reverse engineer, resell or white-label the service without a written agreement with us.
- Overload the API to the point where it degrades the service for others. Reasonable rate limits apply and are published in the API documentation.
- Upload personal data about people who have not consented to it where consent is required, or store payment card numbers in free-text fields.
- Use the service to send unsolicited bulk email.
Fair use
Plans are sized by users, branches and products, and those limits are stated on the pricing page. If your usage grows past your plan we will tell you and offer the right plan rather than cut you off without warning.
Enforcement
If we believe this policy is being breached we will normally contact you first and give you a chance to put it right. Where the breach is serious â an active security threat, or unlawful use â we may suspend access immediately and tell you afterwards.
